What is Aroma Coder®V2 Set?
고성능 후각센서를 탑재한 탁상형 후각측정기. 기존 Aroma Coder®35Q 모델보다 더 작고 가벼워 취급이 용이합니다.시료 홀더에 분석물을 몇 방울 떨어뜨리면 안정화되고 측정이 시작. 당사의 QCM(Quartz crystal microbalance) 어레이는 내장된 S/W로 보이지 않는 냄새를 시각화할 수 있는 전자 신호로 변환, 다양한 냄새를 객관적으로 평가.
Mchanism of smell measeurement
기기 내부의 검출기 유닛에는 서로 다른 흡/탈착의 특성을 갖고 시료에서 방출되는 휘발성 유기화합물(VOC) 가스를 흡착하는 35개의 Membrain이 장착되어 있으며, 한번의 측정에서 35개 세트의 주파수 변화 데이터를 측정. 각 QCM에서 주파수 변화를 측정하여 데이터 35개 세트는 Aroma Coder®V2 Set의 냄새 시각화 패턴,즉 전 반응 패턴으로 변환.

간단한 샘플 장착
외부에 시료병을 설치하여 조건에 따른 측정이 가능합니다. "Aroma Coder®V2 Set"과의 연결은 공통된 연결 부품을 사용하기 때문에, 측정 구성 요소를 결합하고 응용 프로그램에 맞게 단위를 추가하여 고유한 시스템을 갖게됩니다.

기기 전면에 있는 스위치의 조작으로 간단하게 측정 가능.측정 환경의 공기를 흡입하므로 냄새의 정화는 안정적이다.
측정이 어려웠던 시료의 측정 개선
제습기 설치로 센서막의 냄새 흡수/탈착을 보다 쉽게 확인할 수 있으며, 수분을 흡수하는 경향이 있어 안정적인 냄새 측정이 어려운 시료의 경우에도 마찬가지입니다.

"Aromalyzer" is a software for building and analyzing smell databases.
Aromalyzer is equipped with database construction and analysis functions, and is useful for smell sample evaluation and sensor evaluation. By simply uploading the acquired data to Aromalyzer, you can easily visualize the smell data and evaluate it objectively.
Main analysis functions
Smell Visualization
From Numerical data we generate Waveform data or Bar graph.
Smell Matching System
Based on the smell data, score the degree of similarity of sample.
Principal Component Analysis
Based on the smell data, main component of the acquired smell data is extracted.
